This is not your average Saturday! Join us for Big Reveal Day on Quinpool Road, Saturday, July 12th from 11am to 3pm! Celebrate the brand-new murals from the Halifax Mural Festival with performers, activities, food, and fun for the whole family! The street will be buzzing with creativity – so bring your friends, bring the kids, and come see Quinpool like never before. Be sure to check in with Whistler the Clown for some bubble fun, get your face painted by KC’s Face painting, get a caricature drawn of yourself by Caricatures by Don, adopt a balloon animal from Mister J and catch a magic trick or two with Bill Woods.
Guided Mural Walk: Experience Quinpool Road with a Guided Mural Walking Tour celebrating the brand-new murals lighting up the street! Led by talented local artist Swade Owens, this one-hour tour will take you on a colourful journey through the stories, inspiration, and techniques behind each stunning work of art — and explore how murals like these spark creativity and connection in our community. Walk starts at 2pm, outside at Dilly Dally and ends at the Oxford Taproom
Neighbourly Market: The Neighbourly Market is taking over the old Ben’s Bakery Parking Lot on Quinpool Rd! Be sure to check out all the local vendors, handmade treasures, delicious treats, and curated vintage and thrift finds.
