The Snow Folk Shuffle is BACK for another year!

Taking’ it to Quinpool Road in support of FEED Nova Scotia

Saturday, December 7th starting at 10:00am

The Snow Folk Shuffle is a 5km fun run/walk that combines the magic of the Holidays with community spirit and physical fitness and it’s happening on Quinpool Road. Be a part of the fun and join others who are spreading joy in their local community all while raising funds to support FEED Nova Scotia.

Each registration includes a $20 coupon to Aerobics First, and holiday treat. This is a fun and lively way for families and friends to come together, dress up in your favourite holiday costume and celebrate the Holiday Season in a meaningful way…giving back to the community. Oh, and remember, this is a FUN RUN so you can take your time, set a new world record, walk it, jog it or roll it!

Hot Chocolate will be available after the run at Dilly Dally Café!

HOW IT WORKS

  • Registration fee is $25.00 + processing fee & taxes and will close at 4:00pm on Thursday, December 5th
  • Must be 12 years of age to participate.
  • Run will begin at 10am. Check in starts at 9:00am at the former St. Patrick’s High School site, 6067 Quinpool Road.
  • The run will be ENTIRELY ON THE SIDEWALK. All participants MUST obey the rules of the road and not run on the street.
  • Prizes will be awarded for best photo, most festive group, fastest time and best dressed pet!!! Be sure to use #snowfolkshuffle when sharing your pics!
  • No refunds. Transfer options available if needed.

REGISTRATION

  1. Click Register Now button.
  2. Link will take you to the registration page for the Snow Folk Shuffle.
  3. Complete the Registration form.
  4. All participants MUST fill out the online waiver to complete their registration. Adults must sign for participants between the ages of twelve and eighteen.

FUNDRAISING: Proceeds raised at the Snow Folk Shuffle will be donated to FEED Nova Scotia. This donation will allow FEED Nova Scotia to:

  • Stock up on their most needed items
  • Build capacity for their membership
  • Purchase fuel for their trucks
  • Raise awareness in the community

Did You Know that every $2 donation means FEED Nova Scotia can distribute enough food to provide 3 meals.
